Business and Mortgages

You may need venture capital or help with raising working capital, or working out cash flow forecasts, budget and business plans. Finance provided for Residential or Commercial property aquisition. For your self-build, first home, buy-to-lets, property portfolio or development finance. We do not usually charge a fee for mortgage advice, but I do reserve the right to levy an administration fee of £500. However you do have the option to pay a fee of 1.5% of the loan value and then you would receive any commission payable to the lender.

Growing Business

You may need funds for investment in a commercial or invesment property, or to increase your stock level or provision of expansion capital.

Tax & Cost Efficiencies

You may need advice on which is most suitable to your individual needs - a term loan, commerical mortgage, factoring, asset finance, overdraft, variable/fixed rate, interest only, amortised, mezzanine, bridging loan.

Exit Strategies

At some point you may want to retire, organise a management buyout, merger, acquisition or takeover or just wind up the company.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
