Solo Timber Frame are The Self Build Specialists and are used to receiving drawings in many formats, from hand drawn sketches to all manner of free design software and the ubiquitous AutoCAD software as used in most Architectural practices.

Our quote document is the clearest in the business and clearly explains exactly what is and isn't included.

The Solo Timber Frame quote process:

Send us your drawings either by email, fax or post ensuring that any dimensions and specification requirements are included.

We will confirm receipt of your plans and endeavour to prepare your quotation within two weeks.

Your quote will be sent to you by email and post

One of Solo’s staff will contact you soon after you receive the quote in order to obtain feedback

Please note: We can only supply firm quotes if we are provided with CAD files or scaled drawings showing all the elevations and floor plans. All other quotes will be budget quotes designed to help you plan your budget.
