Modular Twin Frame Timber Frame unit
Moisture permeable construction
300mm of recycled newspaper in the walls
and 350mm in the roof known as Super-Insulation
Airtight construction to prevent heat
loss through the fabric of the building
High performance British manufactured
triple glazed super low-E timber windows
and doors
The materials used are
sustainable, non-toxic and low in embodied
energy.
Additional environmental features can be
added in modular form e.g rainwater collection,
solar panels etc. Depending on the final
design and siting of your home heating
costs
are calculated to be under £80.00 per year.
