The specification we provide both meets and exceeds the current Building Regulations, but we are happy to discuss an alternative specification. However most of our clients order:

• The structural Timber Frame itself
• All Internal walls, Intermediate floors and a Watertight roof
• Factory fitted 90mm rigid insulation
• Windows and doors in white PVC (Other materials available at extra cost)
• Internal wall and intermediate floor sound proofing, and roof insulation
• Plasterboard and plasterboard screws for walls, ceilings, and wet areas
• Internal doors
• Door furniture
• Softwood staircase to your specification and design
• Softwood skirting board, architrave and window board
• Our Shell Erection Service which includes fitting windows
• Panel design, Engineering, Delivery, Crane hire and Scaffold plans

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Solo Timber Frame standard specification goes much further than many of our competitors, so be sure you are comparing like for like when comparing quotes.

We can also supply block and beam floors, roof tiles, bricks, cladding, garages, cornicing, dado rail, flooring and kitchens, in fact anything that you either want us, or need us to supply.
