In
our industry, reputation is won
and lost on site and not based on
how pretty the website is.
Firstly, it's important
to point out that during any Self
Build, no matter how small or seemingly
simple, problems will occur. Just
watch any episode of Grand Designs
or Property Ladder for proof of
that!
We believe it is how
those problems are managed and the
speed in which they are overcome that
is a key difference between Solo Timber
Frame and our competition.
Time is money as they
say, and it's definitely the case
in the construction industry! Even
the simplest issue can cause weeks
of hold ups which will result in missed
deadlines, increased finance repayments,
and untold stress. Before you know
it, a potential loss of a few hundred
pounds turns into a few thousand pounds,
which cannot be retrieved unless your
dream specification is pulled back
a notch or three.
This all sounds very
scary, it's not supposed to! We say
this to open your eyes to the reality
of building your own home.
But fear not, most problems in the
building industry are minor and easily
overcome, it's only when they are
mishandled that they can become large.
Our team will be on
hand to take your phone calls and
visit your site to oversee every aspect
of our involvement.
