Buy With Confidence
Solo Timber Frame have been vetted and approved by Trading Standards. We are the first and only Timber Frame provider to have achieved this.
It took Solo and our local Trading Standards office almost six months to get to a point where we were offered membership of this scheme. CRB checks, Interviews with previous customers chosen at random by the assessing officer, Checks into our Directors business backgrounds, Close inspection of our systems and contracts and research into any previous complaints (of which there were none) all formed part of the process. In order to maintain our membership we will continue to be monitored.
We are members of the following associations…
Trading Standards Buy With Confidence
In response to concerns about ‘rogue traders’ which are often highlighted in the media, a partnership of Local Authority Trading Standards Services have taken a ground-breaking step by putting together the Buy With Confidence Scheme.
The scheme provides consumers with a list of businesses which have given their commitment to trading fairly. Every business listed has undergone a series of detailed checks before being approved as a member of the scheme.
Which? Trusted Traders
Which? is known for testing products – from washing machines to cars and power tools. But that’s not all they do. They put traders through a rigorous assessment, meaning that consumers get the best service and Which? Trusted Traders get the business and recognition they deserve.
At the heart of Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme. It recognises reputable and trustworthy traders who successfully pass their assessment process.
