House designs are very personal, however
many of our clients like a starting point,
so below are a number of designs that
might give you some ideas for your Self
Build. You can of course adjust them in
any way you wish.
All the houses
you see within our Design Library are
completely adaptable to your own requirements.
Whether you'd like them larger, smaller,
open plan, internal walls moved, different
cladding options or even complete hybrids
of more than one design, we can adapt
them. Almost anything is possible!
Solo Timber
Frame is located in Hartfield, East Sussex,
which is a small village in the heart
of the Ashdown Forest, home of Winnie
the Pooh and Friends. All the House Types
in our Design Library are named after
areas of the Forest.
The House types above are new designs
and replace our previous standard house
types. You can still find those designs
in the links below, however, all pricing
information has been removed. Please contact
us if you'd like further details on these
