House designs
are very personal but many of our clients
like a starting point so below are a few
designs that might give you some ideas
for you self build. You can of course
adjust them in any way you wish.
The vast majority of our clients have
a totally bespoke house built, we often
receive a fistful of photographs and magazine
cuttings showing the type of home they
want to live in.
Our Architect then uses this information
to design something from scratch, taking
into account the location and the local
councils likely concerns.

We also have a number
of stock designs for multiple developments ranging
from semi-detached houses to terraced housing
and flat developments.
