A long standing Customer and friend of Solo Timber Frame approached us asking if we would be interested in undertaking a Joint Venture scheme with him on a plot of land that did not have planning permission.

We visited the prospective building site together and the project was analysed in great detail. Everything pointed toward this being a profitable scheme, so we embarked upon the project together.

Planning was gained in late 2016 and the houses were built in the first quarter of 2017.
