With thanks to the team at Solo, we've been able to create a beautiful bespoke home catering for the needs of our growing family. Having purchased a good sized plot with an old bungalow on it, we were guided by Chris and the design team on the best design of dwelling to fit the plot/surrounding area. From start to almost finish, has been under 12 months and a lot of that speed was down to how quickly the Timber Frame was erected.  The possibilities are endless when you take the route of designing your own home.

I am a home builder with 29 years of experience.

The team has various departments, coupled with the manufacturing arm of the company. All professional, courteous, friendly and informative. They are personable, with great ideas and methods, specific to Timber Frame construction and innovative design.

Moving forward with my company, we intend to continue working with Solo, to the larger projects 50+ housing developments, and to work together in areas for true expansion in commercial home building.

A great firm from start to end. Staff are wonderful. The back office is so good. Ask for something and it pings into your email within minutes. Value for money is the best without question. This is my second Self Build and the third will be with Solo as a partner. Solo are with out doubt the gold standard in the Self Build business. No one is better.

Have used Solo for the Timber Frames on a couple of new builds. The office staff were very responsive. Frames were delivered and constructed on time and went up very quickly which was impressive. Well organised from start to finish. Would use again for future projects of this type.
